The Alexander Monro Hospital

The Alexander Monro Hospital is the specialty hospital for breast cancer. It is a place where emotion and sadness sometimes dominate. That is why we were commissioned, together with interior designer Casper Schwartz, to make this place radiate more strength and positivity, so that patients can draw strength from it.

We provided 11 outpatient rooms with various visuals and graphics. Besides creating a homely atmosphere, images and texts of strong women, including the late top snowboarder Bibian Mentel and the late surgeon Susan Love, provide strength and inspiration. As a result, patients feel more at ease, and the visuals contribute to a positive and motivating environment. The project was carried out with great care and attention, which is evident in the final result.

The visuals and texts are digitally printed on waterproof and sturdy canvas material. The canvas, measuring 6 x 2.5 meters, was applied to the walls in its entirety, without seams.
