Our signage, or visual communication, is green! And we are not talking about the color, but about sustainability. We are always looking for ways to make our working methods greener. Our building is already completely gas-free, we reduce our waste and we only work with the most energy-efficient printers available. On the other hand, we also see plenty of room to grow. From a fully electric fleet to solar panels.

All of this is part of our commitment to be as sustainable as possible not only in the use of materials, but also in the entire footprint of our activities. We strive for sustainability, not only in what we use, but in everything we do.

Sustainable advertising solutions

Our signage will last for years due to its quality. We hear you thinking: 'How do we do this when we move?' Fortunately, in many cases our visual communications can simply be taken with us or can be partly reused. Take our textiles for example. Ready for a new design? Then you can keep the old canvas, we will simply reuse the frame. We also do the same with our billboards and light boxes. You can count on us not only for installation, but also for dismantling. We are happy to move the signage with you!

Energy-efficient printers and sustainable materials

Sustainability is important to us at HDV. That is why our production area is filled with nothing but sustainable printers. Our printers all have the most energy-efficient label. We use 'green' ink with the highest green label certification. In other words, the most environmentally friendly ink on the market.

Not only our printers and ink are sustainable. We are also always looking for green alternatives for our other materials. Take our films, which are PVC-free as much as possible and therefore a lot more environmentally friendly than before [or, than other films].

Produce efficiently

HDV visual branding produces as sustainably and efficiently as possible. This means we only order our materials once we know exactly what we need. In other words, we only have a working inventory. Don't worry, because of our short lines of communication with suppliers we can still guarantee fast production and delivery.

Our smart software makes it possible to accurately determine what we need. This strategy allows us to remain flexible and still offer fast production and delivery services thanks to our short lines with suppliers. Furthermore, we minimize the risk of large residual stocks.

Waste? That is minimal for us. By carefully separating our waste, we create separate waste flows. Our creative team regularly uses our 'cutting waste' or other residual material for other projects.

The signage world and therefore our work requires quite a lot of energy. To compensate for this, our building in Amsterdam is full of solar panels and we use them to generate our own electricity. Moreover, our business premises are completely gas-free. Let the printers run and the sun shine.
